Information in your workspace

An account uses your email address and authentication information. Estimates include the business and client names, service details, costs, dates, notes and job status that you enter. Avoid putting payment-card details, access codes, health information or other sensitive information in estimate notes.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, save and retrieve your estimates, establish purchased access, handle support and maintain the service. We do not sell your client list or use your estimate content for advertising.

Providers

Netlify provides hosting, authentication and database infrastructure. If you purchase access, Stripe or PayPal handles checkout and payment information under its own policies. TidyQuote stores order identifiers, payment status and access dates; it does not receive your full payment-card number. These providers may process information outside your country.

Browser storage

Account sign-in requires authentication cookies. Visitor demo entries use session storage in your browser and are separate from your account. No advertising pixel or marketing analytics is installed in this version.

Your choices

You can export your estimates from the workspace and delete individual estimates while editing access is active. Contact support from your account email to request account deletion or access to your data. Transaction records may need to be kept for applicable accounting requirements and dispute handling. Deleted records may remain in infrastructure backups until those expire.

Retention and protection

Saved estimates remain associated with your account until you remove them, request deletion or the service is discontinued. Access checks restrict account data to its signed-in owner. Keep your password private and export backups regularly. No online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
