What TidyQuote provides

TidyQuote is an estimate calculator and job organizer for cleaning professionals. It uses your inputs to calculate prices; it does not determine market rates, promise sales or profit, provide tax advice, issue statutory invoices or collect payments from your cleaning customers. Job payment labels are manual records.

Your account and information

Use an email address you control and keep your credentials private. Only enter client information you are entitled to use for your business. You retain ownership of your entered content. You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another account, automate abusive traffic or upload unlawful information.

Access and price

The launch price is $19 USD for 12 months of access, starting after payment confirmation. There is no automatic renewal. Access includes up to 500 saved estimates, editing, checklists, printable estimates and export. It is a personal business account, not a multi-user team plan. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges. The checkout must show the applicable amount before you approve a payment.

Expiry and availability

When paid access expires, editing is disabled. You can continue viewing and exporting saved estimates while the service remains available. Future renewal is optional and any new price will be displayed before purchase. This is not a promise of lifetime hosting or unlimited future features. Export regular backups.

Payment problems and refund requests

If a payment succeeds but access is missing, contact support with the account email and order identifier. Do not send passwords or card details. Refund requests are handled through support and applicable law and payment-provider procedures. A refunded or disputed purchase may have its editing access suspended; existing data remains available for export while the account is accessible.

Changes and contact

We may correct errors and update the product. Material changes to a purchased offer should be communicated before they apply. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
